Meet Our Staff
Senior Pastor Pastor Jeff and Gidget have been married for 25 years and God has blessed them with 4 beautiful children: Whitney, Bradley, Jordan, and Megan. They have lived in Henry County their entire life. Pastor Jeff attended Gulf Coast Bible College and Seminary in Northwest Florida. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies. He is the founding Pastor of Lighthouse and has been here for 11 years. Previously he served as Pastor at Conley First Baptist for two and a half years. He and his wife, Jada, have been married for 10 years and have three children: Zoe, Jaden, and Zion. Ben has a Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Performance from Piedmont College, as well as a Master's in the Art of Teaching from Piedmont College. Ben served as an Associate Minister at Harmony Hall Baptist Church in Gainesville, Georgia for three and a half years. Ben has been leading worship for over 13 years in churches across North Georgia. Youth Pastor & Church Secretary Alvie Rodgers and his wife, Stephanie Rodgers, have been married since November of 2007. As a graduate of Beulah Heights Bible College, Alvie has served with students for over a decade, and is very excited where the youth of Lighthouse is headed. Stephanie is currently attending Atlanta Christian College to earn her Bachelor's degree in Counseling & Human Services. Pastor of Education Steve Simpson and his wife, Traci, have been married for 17 years. They have two daughters: Lindsey and Sidney,and live in Stockbridge. Steve is honored to serve as our Pastor of Education at Lighthouse. Steve attended Luther Rice Seminary. He has served as Pastor of Education in other churches and has taught Adult Sunday School classes for over 14 years. Children's Minister Vickie Evans directs our Children’s Ministries as well as our Recreation Programs. The Children’s program includes nursery through 6th grade and the recreation program is for all ages. Vickie is a life long resident of the Stockbridge/Atlanta area and has been a member of Lighthouse since April 2002.
